- Open to all Indian citizens.
- Participants must answer up to 10 questions within 300 seconds.
- Multiple entries from the same participant are not accepted.
- NSG and MyGov employees are not eligible to participate.
- Winners are selected through an automated randomisation process from eligible high-scoring entries submitted within the time limit.
