📌About the Event

The Nyayavani National Virtual Moot Court Competition 2.0 is a pan-India online moot court competition designed for law students pursuing three-year and five-year law programmes. The second edition gives participants an opportunity to strengthen their legal research, memorial drafting, oral advocacy and courtroom presentation skills while arguing a contemporary constitutional law proposition. Participants will present their arguments before a judging panel expected to include advocates, academicians and legal professionals.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Who can participate:
  • A three-year LL.B. programme; or
  • A five-year integrated law programme.
  • Students must be studying at a recognized institution in India.
  • Each team must consist of:
  • A minimum of two members acting as speakers; and
  • A maximum of three members consisting of two speakers and one researcher.
  • Cross-institutional teams are permitted.
  • There is no limit on the number of teams that may participate from one institution.
