The Online Quiz on Cyber Hygiene Practices is organised under the Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) Programme, an initiative of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in collaboration with CERT-In and MyGov. Held as part of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month 2026, the quiz tests participants’ knowledge of password security, multi-factor authentication, phishing awareness, software updates, device security, data protection, backups and incident reporting.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Open to all Indian citizens.
- Participants must answer up to 15 questions within 300 seconds.
- Only one entry per participant is permitted.
- Employees directly or indirectly involved in organising the quiz and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- Unfair practices, impersonation or duplicate participation may lead to disqualification.
🏆 Benefits for Participants
- First prize: ₹10,000
- Second prize: ₹8,000
- Third prize: ₹5,000
- Consolation prizes: ₹3,000 each for the next seven participants
- E-certificate of participation for all participants
