The PCMA Global Student Competition 2026 invites student teams from around the world to develop innovative proposals addressing real-world challenges in the business events industry. This year’s theme, “The Workforce Remix — Designing Business Events That Drive Value Across Generations,” challenges participants to design an engaging event experience that connects early-career professionals with experienced industry leaders.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Open to currently enrolled undergraduate and master’s students worldwide.
- Eligible fields include meetings and events management, business, hospitality, tourism, or related disciplines.
- Every team member must hold free PCMA student membership.
- Each student can participate in only one team.
- Teams must register and receive an official PCMA-issued team name before submitting.
🏆 Benefits for Participants
- The winning team receives round-trip airfare of up to US$500 per person, hotel accommodation, and registration for Convening Leaders 2027.
- Opportunity to present the winning concept at Convening Leaders 2027.
- Opportunity to collaborate with the PCMA team on implementing elements of the concept at a future PCMA event.
- Exposure to more than 5,000 global event professionals and industry leaders.
