📌 About the Event

The Reham Al-Farra Memorial Journalism Fellowship is a prestigious United Nations fellowship program mandated by the UN General Assembly in December 1980 and renamed in 2003 in honor of Reham Al-Farra, a Jordanian UN Public Information Officer killed in the Baghdad UN headquarters bombing. The program offers early and mid career journalists from developing countries a unique opportunity to cover the United Nations General Assembly and its global operations firsthand.
