📌About the Event
The Snapdragon Multiverse Hackathon Noida 2026 is a multi-device artificial intelligence hackathon organised by Qualcomm Technologies. Selected teams will build practical AI applications that connect multiple platforms, such as Snapdragon-powered PCs, smartphones, microcontrollers and cloud infrastructure. Instead of following predefined problem tracks, participants can choose any meaningful real-world problem and develop a connected solution using Qualcomm’s technology ecosystem.

- Mode of conduct: Hybrid selection process:
- Online project-proposal submission and shortlisting
- Onsite prototype development and presentation in Noida
- Onsite venue: Qualcomm Noida Campus, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Hackathon duration: 24-hour development period during the onsite round
- Team size: 3 to 5 participants
- Maximum shortlisted entries: Up to 50 teams may advance to the onsite round.
- Tracks: There are no predefined tracks. Teams may choose any meaningful real-world problem that uses multi-device AI.
- Available technology: Selected teams will receive access to technologies such as Snapdragon-powered Copilot+ PCs, mobile devices, Arduino UNO Q and Qualcomm AI Cloud 100
📅 Important Dates
- Registration and proposal submission opens: June 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST
- Registration deadline: July 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM IST
- Phase 1 judging: July 6–7, 2026
- Shortlisted teams announcement: On or around July 8, 2026
- On-site hackathon begins: July 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM IST
- Final prototype submission deadline: July 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM IST
- Final judging: July 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM IST
🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibility:
- Only the Team Lead should submit the project proposal.
- Each team can submit only one proposal.
- Multiple submissions from the same team are not allowed; only the first eligible submission may be considered.
- Submitted proposals cannot ordinarily be changed after submission.
- The project proposal must clearly explain:
- The problem being addressed
- The proposed AI solution
- How multiple devices will communicate or distribute tasks
- The technical approach
- The expected impact
- Whether the idea can be developed within 24 hours
- A previously developed idea may be submitted only when it has been significantly modified, such as by adding AI models from Qualcomm AI Hub or other open-source platforms.
- Proposals must be owned by the participating team and must not infringe third-party rights.
- Shortlisted teams must develop their prototype primarily during the on-site hackathon.
- Any major departure from the shortlisted proposal may require prior approval from the organiser.
- Closed-source existing code is not permitted in the final submission.
- Teams must submit their project through a publicly accessible GitHub repository.
- The GitHub repository must contain:
- Complete source code
- Project description
- Names and email addresses of team members
- Installation and dependency instructions
- Run and usage instructions
- An open-source licence
- The project must be installable and runnable by following the submitted instructions.
- Most application components should run locally or on the edge. Hybrid edge-and-cloud solutions are allowed, but the majority of processing should happen locally.
- Each shortlisted team must provide a working demonstration before the judges and other participants.
- Teams retain ownership of their original work, subject to the open-source licensing conditions contained in the official rules.

- The solution should use at least two devices and meaningfully distribute functions such as sensing, inference and user interaction.

- Approximate stated value: USD 329 per team member
- Popularization or Team’s Choice Award
- Selected through voting by the shortlisted hackathon participants
- Focuses on the project with the most engaging demonstration and presentation
- Prize: One Arduino UNO Q for every team member
- Approximate stated value: USD 45 per team member
