🎁 Special JGU On-Campus Sponsorship: The cost of on-campus housing and food will be fully covered by O.P. Jindal Global University for the first 1,000 registered participants. Additionally, students with accepted abstracts can apply for a need-based 100% registration fee waiver through the scientific committee.
📥 Academic Abstract Submission Guidelines
The conference committee rejects email-based submissions. All files must go through the official online portal.
- Individual Presentation Elements: * Word Limit: Maximum 300 words.
- Accepted Formats: Traditional research papers, PechaKucha visual decks, posters, or 3-Minute Thesis presentations (especially recommended for Master’s and PhD candidates).
- Panel / Symposium / Roundtable Bundles: * Word Limit: Maximum 600 words overall.
- Structure: Provide a single document containing a 100–200 word summary of the overarching panel topic, accompanied by individual 100–150 word summaries from each speaker.
- Alternative Categorization: If your work addresses ethics and technologies outside the listed sub-themes, select the “Other” routing tag during data entry.
- Publishing Inquiries: Accepted papers have pathways to publication through STAR Scholars Press, Open Journals in Education (OJED), the STAR Book Series, or affiliated Scopus-indexed journals.
