3. Redressal Framework
- Backed by Central Ministry Nodal Officers, State Commissioners for Persons with Disabilities (SCPDs), and the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (CCPDs).
- Grievances reported on the app are automatically routed to local and regional authorities for targeted action and tracking.

- Serves as a single-window informational hub for Central and State government welfare schemes.
- Covers financial aid, educational scholarships, skill development initiatives, and assistive device distribution programs.
