📌About the Event

Swimathon – World Heart Day Relay Competition 2026 is a swimming relay event organized to spread awareness about heart health as part of World Heart Day. The competition will be held at St. Thomas College Aquatic Centre, Palai, and invites teams to participate in a relay-format swimming challenge. The event is being organized by Mar Sleeva Medicity Palai in collaboration with St. Thomas College Palai / St. Thomas College Aquatic Centre.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Eligibilty:
• Participants must be 25 years or above.
• Participants must form a team of 8 swimmers.
• The event is open to teams participating in a mixed relay format.
• Each team must have 8 swimming participants.
• Each swimmer must complete 6 rotations.
• The next rotation can begin only after all 8 team members complete their respective rotation.
