This authority is being constituted under The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (PROG Act). The goal is to establish a credible brand voice that resonates with India’s massive gaming community while emphasizing the government’s role in regulation and safety.

- Creativity & Originality: Unique artistic merit and visual/verbal impact.
- Relevance: How well it aligns with the PROG Act, 2025 mandate.
- Simplicity & Adaptability: Must be catchy, easy to remember, and scalable across various digital and print media.
- Finality: The decision of the Expert Committee shall be final and binding.

- Eligibility: Open to all Indian citizens.

- Rationale: It is recommended to include a brief paragraph explaining the thought process behind the tagline and its connection to “Responsible Gaming.”
