Tata Technologies InnoVent 2027 was the 3rd edition of Tata Technologies’ flagship engineering innovation hackathon, supported by Amazon Web Services (AWS). The competition invited engineering students across India to build smart mobility solutions under the theme “Innovating the Future of Smart Mobility Powered by Intelligence, Engineered for 2030.” The hackathon focused on solving real-world challenges in the automotive and manufacturing sectors through innovation, AI, future-ready engineering, and prototype-based problem solving.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibility:
- Open to 3rd and 4th year engineering students in India.
- Participants should submit innovative AI-at-the-edge solutions relevant to automotive, aerospace, or industrial heavy machinery.
- The hackathon encourages inclusive participation, especially from teams with women innovators and differently abled members.
- The evaluation process has three stages:
- Initial concept screening
- Virtual Proof of Concept presentation
- Final prototype live demonstration
- Projects will be judged on:
- Novelty
- Feasibility
- Diversity
- Real-world impact
- Strength of the functional prototype
