The FCRF Hackathon
FCRF
📌 About the Event
The FCRF Hackathon for Future-Ready Cyber Investigators 2026 is a premier, scenario-driven digital investigation tournament. Incubated out of IIT Kanpur (AIIDE-CoE), the Future Crime Research Foundation (FCRF) operates as a non-profit NGO dedicated to advancing India’s cybersecurity, forensic thinking, and digital-risk ecosystem.
Unlike conventional hackathons focused on software engineering and coding challenges, this competition requires participants to act as cyber detectives. Competitors will analyze attack logs, digital evidence, AI-related threats (such as identity manipulation), and multi-stage incidents to reconstruct a structured timeline capable of withstanding strict forensic scrutiny.
