The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), in partnership with MyGov, wants you to turn that frustration into creative content. The TRAI DND Reel Challenge invites creators, students, and influencers to showcase the power of the TRAI DND (Do Not Disturb) Application. This contest aims to spread awareness about how citizens can report Unwanted Commercial Communications (UCC) and regain control over their mobile phones. It’s not just a contest; it’s a movement to build a cleaner, safer digital ecosystem in India.

🎯 What You Need to Do
- Download: Install the TRAI DND App from the Play Store or App Store.
- Explore: Familiarize yourself with how to register preferences and lodge complaints against spam.
- Create: Film a 30–60 second reel (9:16 portrait mode) in English, Hindi, or any Indian language.
- Content: Show how the app works, why reporting spam is vital for consumer safety, and how it benefits the community.
- Follow & Tag: Follow the official TRAI handle on your chosen platform (Instagram, YouTube, FB).
- Post: Upload the reel with mandatory hashtags: #SpamKaTheEnd and #ReportSpamWithTRAI.
- Submit: Paste your public reel link on the MyGov contest page.
📦 Technical & Submission Guidelines
- Language: Any Indian language (Mandatory English subtitles for non-English entries).
- Privacy: Your social media account/post must be PUBLIC.
- Originality: Must be 100% original content; plagiarism results in immediate disqualification.
- Limit: Only one entry per participant per month.
📊 Evaluation Criteria
- Relevance (30%): How well it aligns with TRAI’s regulatory messaging.
- Creativity (30%): Innovative storytelling and unique presentation.
- Clarity (25%): Accuracy in explaining app features and benefits.
- Quality (15%): Audio-visual production value and resolution.
