As an Associate Accountant at Stavar Systems Private Limited, you will be an integral part of our finance team, responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining financial records. Your proficiency in Tally, MIS, MS Office, and MS Excel will be crucial in performing your day-to-day tasks. Additionally, your strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating with stakeholders and generating reports.
Key responsibilities:
1. Utilize Tally and MS Excel to input and maintain financial data
2. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
3. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
4. Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
5. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information
6. Assist in audit preparation and support audit processes
7. Continuously update knowledge of accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance.
8. Work on invoicing, sales orders, PO creation, and procurement management
