ABOUT THE ROLE We are building a high-accountability Operations & Accounts team working directly under the Managing Director. This is not a routine bookkeeping job. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.End-to-end bookkeeping (month-end & year-end journal entries) 2. Preparing monthly, quarterly & yearly financial statements 3. Payroll processing (weekly / fortnightly / monthly) 4. Maintaining employee records (hours, salary, PTO, compliance) 5. Handling GST, BAS, payroll tax & statutory compliance 6. Client invoicing, vendor payments & subcontractor billing 7. Accounts receivable follow-ups & collections management 8. Reviewing time-slip programs for accuracy & discrepancy reporting 9. Generating structured analytical reports for management decision-making 10. Transcribing CEO meetings/calls and converting them into structured action points 11. Managing executive calendar, task scheduling & priority tracking 12. Travel planning & itinerary coordination (including bookings & expense tracking) 13. Handling operational check-ins/check-outs and workflow monitoring (e.g., Glasgow entries) 14. Drafting professional emails, summaries & internal documentation 15. Supporting time management tracking for the CEO and employees 16. Preparing structured daily/weekly performance monitoring reports 17. Assisting in process improvement, workflow optimization & error-prevention systems 18. Handling ad-hoc executive tasks with high accuracy and confidentiality 19. Working directly under the Managing Director's supervision with performance-based feedback
