As a 'Creative Designer (Visuals & Motion),' you will be responsible for designing and animating visual assets used across our films, websites, and promotional material. You will work closely with the founding team and have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of multiple projects from early concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: A. Visual Design: 1. Design posters, key art, social media creatives, pitch decks, and other brand assets 2. Create layouts and visual systems aligned with project themes and tone 3. Maintain consistency across all visual outputs B. Illustration & Concept Sketching: 1. Sketch and design stylised characters, figures, or visual elements for animation 2. Translate rough ideas or briefs into clear visual concepts 3. Develop design frames that can be animated C. Motion & Animation: 1. Animate posters, illustrations, and graphic elements (primarily 2D motion) 2. Create short animations for promos, teasers, websites, or pitch presentations 3. Work on basic character or object animation based on your own designs D. Website (Bonus Skill) 1. Design, build, or maintain simple websites (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) 2.
