We will test this.03 Proven sourcing track record you have found and placed candidates who were not actively applying. You can name them, describe how you found them, and what the outcome was.04 Experience on IIM Jobs not just awareness, actual sourcing and shortlisting of management and specialist profiles.05 >2 years of in-house TA experience agency recruiting experience alone is not sufficient.
