We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with 1.5 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in the influencer and creator space. Someone who understands how campaigns actually come together, from creator identification and scripting to shoot coordination and brand compliance. You'll be managing creator relationships, developing content strategies, and working directly with brand teams to execute campaigns end-to-end.
This isn't a "just send the brief and wait" role. You'll be in the thick of it, shaping content direction, managing timelines, giving script feedback, and making sure deliverables hit the mark.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from creator shortlisting and outreach to content delivery and reporting.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and brand POCs.
3. Developing content briefs, scripts, and creative directions that balance brand objectives with an authentic creator voice.
4. Coordinating shoot schedules, deliverables, and timelines across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
5. Identifying and onboarding new creators across metro and Tier 2 markets.
6. Tracking campaign performance, pulling insights, and presenting reports to clients.
7. Staying updated on social media trends, platform updates, and what is working in the creator economy.
8. Collaborating with internal teams on strategy, ideation, and new business pitches.
Work Setup:
1. Mumbai candidates are preferred (remote-friendly).
2. Pune-based candidates: Hybrid arrangement available.
3. Open to strong remote candidates with relevant experience.
The Kind of Person We Want:
1. You respond fast. When a message arrives, you do not let it sit. A quick acknowledgment and quick action are essential. In influencer marketing, timing is everything—a delayed response can mean a missed creator window, a stalled campaign, or a frustrated brand team. Responsiveness is not a bonus here; it is non-negotiable.
2. You get things done. No hand-holding. No “I was waiting for someone to tell me what to do.” You see what needs to happen and make it happen. Deadlines are not suggestions; they are commitments.
3. You are obsessively detail-oriented. We are talking about checking every handle, spelling every brand name correctly, and proofreading every caption with precision. Before anything goes to a brand team, it must be polished, accurate, and presentation-ready. Sloppy work does not leave this agency. If you naturally triple-check everything and it bothers you when others do not, you will fit right in.
4. You take quality control personally. Briefs, scripts, deliverables, and campaign trackers—nothing gets sent forward unless it is refined. You care about the small details because you understand that they separate good agencies from forgettable ones.
5. You are creative, not just a middleman. We do not need someone who simply forwards briefs from brands to creators and calls it a day. You bring ideas to the table—content angles, creator suggestions, trend-based hooks, and campaign concepts. You actively help curate brands worth reaching out to and think about how we can pitch smarter.
6. You are proactive, not reactive. You flag issues before they become problems. You suggest improvements without being asked. You come with solutions, not just questions.
7. You manage your time like a professional. Multiple campaigns, multiple creators, and multiple brand teams may run simultaneously. You know how to prioritize, ensure nothing slips through the cracks, and communicate timelines clearly.
8. You want to build something, not just clock in. We are a growing agency. We are not looking for someone who is here for six months and then moves on. We want someone who is excited about growing with us, building processes, shaping the culture, and being part of something from the ground up. If you are looking for a place where your work truly matters and you are not just another employee ID, this is it.
