Compensation Structure: Base Pay + Performance-Linked Variable
1. The compensation structure consists of a fixed base component and a performance‑linked variable component.
2. For a part-time role, this overall compensation is intentionally designed to be highly attractive and competitive.
The variable pay is awarded only when the analyst consistently demonstrates high levels of efficiency, reliability, and ownership. This includes completing all assigned tasks on time, meeting weekly deadlines as per the internal tracker, and ensuring that deliverables meet the firm’s quality standards. Variable compensation also depends on exceeding expectations by contributing to the firm’s overall growth—such as supporting sales efforts, assisting trading personnel, and proactively stepping in wherever needed across the organization. Performance is assessed daily and consolidated at the end of each month to determine the final variable payout.
