You will own high-priority initiatives across partnerships, market entry, and cross-functional execution, translating founder-level decisions into measurable business outcomes in a fast-changing environment.What the role entails:Own the Founders operating cadence and priority stack, independently structuring weeks, reviews, and execution plans across strategic and GTM initiatives.Lead cross-functional execution on founder-sponsored priorities across product, engineering, ops, and partnerships, with clear ownership for outcomes and timelines.Drive US channel partnership execution end-to-end: partner mapping, qualification, pipeline management, internal alignment, and movement from conversation to commercial readiness.Lead market and customer research for the US market, including defining ICPs, segment prioritization, use-case mapping, and early pipeline hypotheses.Act as the primary interface for several external stakeholders (partners, advisors, early customers) on behalf of the Founder for defined workstreams.Continuously redesign priorities and execution as the organization scales, taking increasing ownership of operating rhythm, strategic programs, and cross-functional alignment.Own numbers, metrics, and data rigor across founder-led initiatives, including defining success metrics, building dashboards, tracking execution progress, and using data to drive prioritization.Desired candidate profile:46 years of experience in roles such as Founders Office, Strategy & Ops, Program Management, Consulting, or early-stage startup operations.Prior hands-on experience in partnerships, alliances, business development support, or managing external stakeholders.Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs end-to-end, owning timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.Strong experience in market and customer research, ICP definition, segment analysis, or GTM support.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior internal and external stakeholders.High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-changing, founder-led environments.What We Offer:High-Impact Work: Work directly with the Founder to drive strategic initiatives, partnerships, and US market entry, shaping how the company scales and executes key business priorities.Ownership & Autonomy: Take full ownership of high-priority programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate founder-level decisions into measurable outcomesLearning & growth: Annual learning allowance of 10,000+, mentorship, and hands-on AI exposureHave questions?
