We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a community manager intern. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online student community, fostering engagement, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all participants.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, from arranging a free trial class to onboarding
2. Manage and moderate online forums, chat groups, and other community platforms, including forums and chat channels
3. Engage with students and instructors to address questions, homework, and assessments
4. Foster a supportive and collaborative community by encouraging active participation and engagement from students
5. Address student inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
6. Coordinate with instructors, students, and internal teams to ensure alignment between classroom activities resolve issues and improve the overall user experience
7. Develop and implement strategies to increase student retention and satisfaction
8. Monitor student activity and behavior within the community, taking appropriate action to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment
9. Assist with administrative tasks such as managing enrollment, tracking student progress, and maintaining the platforms' functionality
10. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and documents as required
11. Assist with organizing and coordinating webinars and other online activities of the community
12. Coordinate and schedule online classes professionally
13. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote community events, initiatives, and resources

1. A high school diploma or a bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, time management skills and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in using online collaboration tools such as Zoom and WhatsApp for virtual meetings and communications.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) or similar software for data analysis, report generation, Internet browsing and administrative tasks.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Tamil and Hindi.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
8. Passion for education and a genuine to support students in achieving their academic goals.
