Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement fundraising campaigns to reach our financial goals
2. Create compelling marketing materials to attract donors and supporters
3. Organize fundraising events and activities
4. Research potential donors and sponsorships
5. Manage donor relationships and communications
6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new fundraising strategies
7. Analyze fundraising data to track progress and make recommendations for improvement

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (15% of fund raised).
