Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance and contract law
2. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, policies, and agreements
3. Support in the preparation of legal documents for corporate transactions and filings
4. Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance and support for business initiatives
5. Assist in the management of corporate governance matters and compliance requirements
6. Participate in meetings, conference calls, and negotiations with external parties
7. Stay up-to-date on legal developments and trends in the fintech industry to provide valuable insights and recommendations
