As an Assessment Developer intern at Servon Solution LLP, you will have the opportunity to showcase your mathematical skills and contribute to the development of educational assessments that impact students' learning outcomes as per Bloom's Taxonomy
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and develop assessment for grade 9 based on NCERT/CBSE pattern for Mathematics
2. Use Bloom's Taxonomy framework to ensure assessments target various cognitive levels.
3. Develop assessments including various sub-topics based on the guidelines.
4. Subject Offered - Mathematics and Science
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Assessment Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Experience in educational assessment development or instructional design.
3. Strong knowledge of assessment principles, including validity, reliability, and fairness.
4. Experience with test construction, and item analysis techniques.
5. Proficiency in using assessment development tools and platforms.
