You would be part of the human resource team and would be assisting leadership and their teams to perform their operations and ensure we are operating in compliance with the law. You would take up assignments given up by team leaders of different departments. Here are some examples. The HR department would need you to create offer letters. The UI/UX team would need your assistance with building terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc. for their website. Every department would need some assistance with legal compliance. You need to research and draft the documents they need.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring our operations occur within the legal laws
2. Assisting the leadership with solutions for ongoing legal disputes
3. Assisting leadership and their teams with drafting legal documents
4. Working as a team and giving your best to meet the daily average and weekly requirements set by the account manager
5. Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations to the leadership team
Requirements: Familiar with Google docs, Google sheets, Google forms, Google Drive, Canva, Notion, and Discord.

1. This role may be subject to additional responsibilities based on business requirements
2. All work and communication must be documented and your daily progress must be strictly updated by the end of the day
