Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, reports, and correspondence.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and facilitate communication.
- Support the project manager in managing project resources, including personnel and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, status reports, and other project-related materials.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0-1 years) in a project management support role or administrative position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Available for a daily standup call for 15-30 minutes.
