Required Subjects - Social Studies, English, Hindi, Mathematics, Physics Chemistry

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Solve academic and non-academic doubts of students who are preparing for Foundation courses of NEET/JEE with quality solutions
2. Assist students by resolving Lecture Related doubts
3. Aim to solve a minimum of 100 doubts on average per day, totaling 500 doubts in a week
4. Commit to a minimum of 30-35 hours per week, spread over at least 5 days
5. Ensure that all student queries are resolved with good quality
6. Actively participate in solving doubts and resolve queries of students
7. Providing quality solutions for academic and non-academic doubts
8. Come up with new ideas & innovations to engage students
9. To contribute as a role model in the journey of an aspirant

Requirements:

1. The candidate should be willing to join for a minimum tenure of 1 year
2. The candidate should be passionate about the Related doubt solving process in online batches for Foundation Students.

Additional information:

1. Remuneration: The candidate can earn up to Rs. 8k-12k per month
2. Variables: Pay is based on the number of doubts solved and Student Satisfaction %
3. Variable Component: Based on quantifiable parameters indicating the candidate's activeness and value addition
4. The variable pay is tied to specific metrics to measure the candidate's performance
