We are seeking a talented Voice Over Specialist with expertise in Indian English to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide voice-over services for call center data. The ideal candidate should be a native of India with a strong command of written and spoken Indian English, including a clear and accurate accent. Excellent communication skills are essential for this position, and candidates with prior working experience in voice-over or related fields will be given preference.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform voice-over for call center data in Indian English
2. Ensure accurate pronunciation, intonation, and clarity in the voice recordings
3. Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality voice-overs
4. Edit and refine voice recordings as needed to meet client specifications
5. Maintain professionalism and consistency in voice delivery across projects
6. Stay updated with industry trends and techniques related to voice-over work
7. Provide feedback and contribute to improving voice-over processes and quality standards
Requirements:
1. Native speaker of Indian English with a clear and authentic accent
2. Proficient in written and spoken Indian English, with strong grammar and vocabulary skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Previous experience in voice-over work, call center operations, or related fields is preferred
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
7. Familiarity with voice recording equipment and software is a plus

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per hour voice-over).
