Performance Marketer Work From Home Internship

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven performance marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various digital marketing channels and possess a deep understanding of metrics and analytics.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize SEM and paid social campaigns.
3. Create and manage digital advertising campaigns, including ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
5. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Provide daily reporting.
6. Manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies

Important Note: This would be a project-based role. The candidate would be handling e-commerce as well as service and education platforms. The salary for the same would be INR 25,000 lump sum

Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
2. Strong understanding of key performance metrics and KPIs relevant to digital marketing.
3. Experience with marketing analytics tools.
