About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
2. Identify, prioritize, and report software defects and anomalies, working closely with the development team to resolve issues promptly
3. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and specifications, providing valuable input on testability and user experience
4. Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency
5. Conduct thorough validation of AI models and algorithms, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and compliance with industry standards and best practices
6. Participate in product design and code reviews to identify potential quality issues and recommend enhancements or optimizations
7. Manage incoming user queries regarding products, onboard users, and provide support.
8. Provide proactive and timely support and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
