We are looking for a highly skilled technical support specialist focusing on WhatsApp integration through Ai Sensy and shipping integration on BigCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical support and web integration, with expertise in shipping logistics solutions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. WhatsApp and Email Integration:
1. Seamless WhatsApp integration for direct customer communication. This includes setting up a conversation flow in WhatsApp from the beginning of the order process to post-shipment communication, WhatsApp business account setup, template creation, and integration of the pipeline with the e-commerce platform.
2. Sophisticated email automation and mass email management. It basically includes three major things here
b. Website automated bot
1. The website automated bot is set up on both the BigCommerce and LearnWorlds platforms. This intelligent bot will be designed to perform a range of functions aimed at facilitating smooth navigation, providing instant assistance, and driving conversions.
c. Email campaign templates ready for marketing
1. Designing templates and automating emails to be sent to customers, creating funnels.
2. Set up email automation workflows to trigger personalized email campaigns based on user actions, such as website visits, email opens, clicks, and purchases.
d. Shipping + Aggregator:
1. Get the best shipping aggregator with better services that align to the goal
2. Configure shipping preferences and rules within the shipping aggregator platform.
Important Note: This would be project-based work. The candidate will be provided with the details of the work to be undertaken and a stipend of the same would be INR 25,000
