Responsibilities:
Assist in blogs and guest posts.
Assist with social media content and email content as required.
Utilize contact center industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire content.
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the website's online visibility in search results.
Proofread and edit content pieces before publication.
Use simple tools like Grammarly and Plagiarism Checker to edit and validate content.
Shouldn t shy away from using AI tools to accelerate content generation.
You ll work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Design teams.

You re good at:
Thinking out of the box
Great at experimenting with content ideas.
Framing mindblowing headlines and titles.
Generating new ideas and topics independently.
Keyword positioning in the blog.
Researching and using data points to justify statements.
Communicate your ideas and opinions clearly to the team.
Taking responsibility and charge when needed.
