This is a Loan recovery profile and requires the candidate to negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Follow up on broken arrangements and renegotiate terms if necessary to ensure recovery
2. Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and update account statuses and financial data accordingly
3. Prepare reports on collection activities and account receivable status for upper management
