Company Description
The Mentor is a platform that connects individuals with industry professionals to provide practical and application-based knowledge. The aim is to help individuals achieve their career goals and pursue their passions. Through The Mentor, individuals can interact with professionals and seek guidance at an affordable cost.

Role Description
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relationships, training, and compensation process.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends.
Design and implement programs to improve morale and relationships.

Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) knowledge and understanding.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with recruitment is a plus.

Stipend:
Performance-based (ranging from 2-5k)

Duration
3 months
Working hours: 3-4
Monday to Saturday
