We are looking for a proactive and organized intern to join our team at our company. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the music industry and looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative support and client coordination. You will assist in setting up meetings, coordinating communication between team members, and managing client relations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Meeting coordination: Organize and schedule meetings for the team, ensuring all parties are informed of the timing, platform, and agenda
2. Communication facilitation: Act as the point of contact between team members and external clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
3. Appointment management: Manage and set appointments with clients, ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up on appropriately
4. Record maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all follow-ups and communications with team members and clients, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible

1. Flexibility with hours: Ability to work at odd hours as needed due to the overseas location of some clients.
