Confederation Of Global Innovators is seeking an enthusiastic HR intern to join our team! As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while working in a dynamic and international environment. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with candidates from around the world. Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office will also be crucial in assisting with data management and analysis.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Determine selection criteria
3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements
7. Lead employer branding initiatives
8. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
9. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

1. BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
2. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
3. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
4. Relevant skills and interests in the domain required
5. Open to both freshers and experienced candidates in Human Resources
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
