About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with team to understand clients hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
2. Work on sourcing and attracting highly skilled AI developers through various channels, including our in-house database, job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, etc.
3. Work on screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
4. Coordinate technical assessments and coding challenges to evaluate candidates' proficiency in AI development
5. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
6. Help negotiate offers and assist with the onboarding process for successful candidates
7. Help build and maintain our talent pipeline by actively signing up candidates from multiple channels, sourcing CVs for review, annotating and tagging CVs post review, innovating new ways to find talent, etc.
This being a startup, new ideas, and opportunities will keep coming up, requiring you to wear multiple hats and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Other requirements
1. Must be highly self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working well both individually as well as in a team
2. High ownership of tasks is non-negotiable for this role
3. Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter, preferably with a focus on technical roles
4. Solid understanding of AI development concepts, technologies, and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
5. Prior experience working with Naukri, LinkedIn, Zoho, Cut Short, Instahyre, and other platforms would be useful
6. Familiarity with AI-specific job boards, forums, and communities is a plus
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
8. Strong organizational and time management abilities
9. bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, computer science, or a related field is a plus
