Join our dynamic team at Hunt Digital Media as a telecalling intern! Are you fluent in Hindi and English? Are you passionate about digital media and looking for a real-world experience? Then this opportunity is perfect for you!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Log in daily in Hunt Digital Media CRM as per your login credentials. Your attendance and work activity will closely be monitored in the system
2. Check for the product assigned to you and understand the script before calling
3. Click on 'Start Calling' to start dialing users. These are users who have enquired about Facebook ads and wanted to learn about the product
4. Follow scripts tailored for each product you are assigned to
5. Validate the identity and other details mentioned in the script of the person you are speaking to during the call
6. Collect and confirm customer details such as city, pin code, age, and income range
7. Assess customer interest in life insurance plans and other products
8. Update lead status based on the outcome of the call
9. Apply for leave from the system only
10. Apply for shift movement (if needed) from the system only
11. Raise the ticket in the CRM in case of any issue in the CRM
Note: This is a 3-hour part-time opportunity and we have three slots:
1. 10 am-1 pm
2. 1 pm-4 pm
3. 4 pm-7 pm
