About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research on different industries to understand the market and competition and find product
2. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market needs and drive the product
3. Gather, manage, and prioritize customers' requirements
6. Work on continuous improvements on app UI/UX
7. Work closely with the development team to ensure that the development tasks are completed
8. Work on client communication
9. Create support videos, FAQs, and handbooks
10. Work closely with teams across different departments such as product management, design, and content creation to help brainstorm, prioritize, and roll out new features and improvements for our product
11. Conduct research into market trends and what our competitors are doing to help us spot new opportunities for innovation and better understand what our users need
12. Help craft stories and prototypes that outline what our product should do and how it should look, making sure it meets the needs of our users
13. Assist with testing our product with real users, gathering their feedback, and using it to make improvements that make the experience smoother and more user-friendly
14. Pitch in by creating documents that outline exactly what our product does and how to use it, including specifications, guides, and updates
15. Keep an eye on important metrics that tell us how our product is performing, helping us find areas where we can make it even better
16. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in our industry, as well as any rules or regulations that might affect how we build and use our product
