Technical Recruiter Work From Home Internship

We are looking to hire enthusiastic, aspirational interns on the team who would like to help in recruiting engineers and consultants for 90 days. After the successful internship, we are open to offering a full-time employment opportunity with Mactores. As a Technical Recruiter Intern, you'll act as a mediator between businesses and potential employees.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
3. Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, including arranging candidate interviews if necessary.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
5. Assist in job postings for open positions.
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires and other onboarding activities.
7. Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
8. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing / passing graduation or MBA program in HR Management
2. Ability to communicate transparently on uncomfortable and difficult topics
3. Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
4. Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
5. Ability to work in stressful situations
6. Working knowledge of social media
