About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain management reports to provide insights into business performance and trends.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and information for analysis and reporting purposes.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and efficiency.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls in all financial reporting activities.
6. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of MIS reporting systems.
7. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to management as required

Other requirements

1. Proven experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or related roles.

Proficiency in MIS software and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

3. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

4. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
