Compensation:
1. Salary: INR 6.8 LPA
2. Fixed salary: INR 4.5 LPA (Take-home after deductions*: INR 30,042/month)
3. Variables, incentives & ESOPs: INR 2.3 LPA

1. Prior experience in sales or business development preferred
2. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
3. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales-related tools advantageous
