This is a complete desk-centered position with no travel. The CRM is supposed to handle client success, those who are already working with us on multiple applications.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage existing clients
2. Analyze client data and improve their decision-making process and product experience
3. Work with Excel and utilize fluency in client communications in English (over emails and calls)
4. Hold product/application demos for clients over web meetings
5. Handle and resolve client requests and complaints
6. Act as a bridge between the in-house team and the final client
7. Manage the internal team allocated to the CRM for delivering on client's support requests
8. Monitor product functionality
9. Review analytics and prepare reports
10. Aid with innovative ideas to evolve product design and product development
Requirements:
1. Computer proficiency
2. MS Excel skills (Advanced)
3. Fluent English communication over emails
