A customer delight manager is responsible for ensuring that customers have exceptional experiences with a company's products or services. Their primary goal is to go beyond customer satisfaction and create moments of delight that exceed expectations. This position typically focuses on building strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience. This role often involves collaborating with various departments, such as customer support, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and concerns effectively. Additionally, customer delight managers may analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the customer journey.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer delight
2. Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized interactions
3. Gather feedback from customers through surveys, interviews, and other channels to understand their needs and preferences
4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, marketing, and product development, to address customer issues and enhance the customer journey
6. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
7. Implement initiatives to recognize and reward loyal customers and advocates
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management
9. Provide training and support to employees across the organization to ensure a customer-centric mindset
10. Act as a champion for the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and driving customer-centric decision-making
11. Continuously iterate and improve upon strategies and processes to drive ongoing customer delight and loyalty

Preferred qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred

2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical queries

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills

4. Deep understanding of software, databases, and cloud technologies

5. Proficiency in ticketing and chat software

6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 28,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
