1. Good written and spoken English skills
2. Good at communicating through emails
3. Good at MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
4. Must be a self-starter/go-getter/quick to learn
5. Qualification: Bachelors (any stream)
6. Experience: 2 years minimum in direct customer service role (candidates should not be from any back end/data entry/support/BPO/telemarketing etc.)
7. Must learn/master order processing software; SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
