Key responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
3. Manage high mail volume
4. Maintain customer order summaries and circulate them in timely
5. Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers
6. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
8. Always maintain a positive and professional attitude
9. Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services
10. Meet & exceed performance targets stated above
11. Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
12. Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends
