Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with teams, clients, and engineers for execution and closure of service tickets and have experience in B2B work
2. Work on solving relevant issues to track progress in service request
3. Suggest process improvements for ongoing success
4. Work with various teams to ensure a cohesive operations strategy
5. Maintain clear project updates for easy understanding
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2. Proven experience in program management
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Good problem-solving skills
