Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls from potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities
2. Make outbound calls to leads generated from various sources, effectively communicate product benefits, and persuade prospects to engage with our offerings
3. Listen to customer needs and concerns, address inquiries promptly and professionally, and provide solutions or recommendations to meet their requirements
4. Create and deliver engaging presentations to showcase our products and services
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system, including details of inquiries, purchases, and feedback
6. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
7. Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and upsell additional products or services as appropriate
8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, sharing insights and best practices to optimize sales processes
9. Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to the management team

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role
