Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone
2. Working only on the day shift
3. Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
4. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
5. Ensuring no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
6. Working towards ensuring zero cases of miss-selling/fraud in the processes
7. Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
8. Adhering to and supporting company policies and practices
9. Solving customers' queries on calls
10. Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone
11. Working only on the day shift
12. Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
13. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
