4. Guiding customers through the returns and replacement process, ensuring a seamless experience
5. Maintaining a high level of chat quality by adhering to company guidelines and standards
6. Collaborating with other team members to handle cross-functional tasks and ensure smooth operations
7. Keeping abreast of product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
8. Resolving customer complaints and concerns efficiently and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
