Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboard customers and give initial training, guidance, and integration support
2. Provide exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat
3. Troubleshoot customer issues and identify solutions quickly and efficiently
4. Maintain a deep understanding of our live video commerce platform and its functionalities
5. Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and FAQs
6. Escalate complex issues to the engineering team as needed
7. Proactively gather customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement
8. Seek Customer feedback & get their testimonials
